We support customers in negotiating lease terms, helping, among others, determine the amount of rent and the terms of the contract. We represent the client during negotiations. Our consulting is a comprehensive service, ranging from identifying needs to signing a contract.

We verify the provisions of the Local Development Plan, check the availability of utilities, communication with public roads, and guarantee support in obtaining the DŚ, WZiZT, PnB.
